The College of Education offers degree programs for teacher preparation from pre-K - 12, including specialties in math, science, reading and bilingual education - through adult literacy. In addition to those programs leading toward teacher certification, the College of Education offers a variety of other programs including: Instructional technology, School administration, School counseling, School psychology, Sports administration, Vocational rehabilitation. Teacher Preparation Program: The college also offers a Post-Baccalaureate program which leads to teacher certification and also provides opportunities for certified teachers to obtain additional endorsements and certificate renewals. The College of Education is made up of four academic divisions, Teacher Education; Administrative & Organizational Studies , Kinesiology, Health & Sport Studies, and Theoretical/Behavioral Foundations. Teacher Education is involved in the preparation of teachers and Kinesiology students may choose to obtain a teaching certificate or other career focus. Administrative and Organizational Studies and Theoretical/Behavioral Foundations only offers courses to undergraduate and post-bachelor students.
