Education Specialist Certificate with
Emphasis in Performance Improvement & Training

Minimum Number of Hours: 36

This emphasis is designed for:

  • This Education Specialist program is designed for those who already have a Master's degree, typically in an area other than Instructional Technology, and are interested in working as instructional designers or performance technologists in business, industrial, health care, higher education, military and government settings. Students already holding an IT Master's degree will have specially designed programs that provide further development of this specialty area.
