Dr. Moseley is a State of Michigan Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a State of Michigan certified secondary teacher and counselor. He holds principal, building administrator, and superintendent endorsements. In addition he is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES).

Dr. Moseley spent 11 years with the Archdiocese of Detroit as a high school English teacher, a Director of Guidance, and a principal of two high schools prior to coming to WSU.
When Dr. Moseley came to WSU, he was Coordinator of Educational Programs in the School of Medicine's Department of Family Medicine. He presently is Director of Curriculum Management in the medical school. His faculty appointment is in the Department of Community Medicine. Dr. Moseley also holds full faculty status in the College of Education where he teaches, advises and directs master's projects and doctoral dissertations.
Dr. Moseley has consulted in the areas of program evaluation and needs assessment. He is a frequent presenter at the International Society for Performance Improvement and the American Society for Training and Development. Dr. Moseley has been President of the International Association of WORKSHOP WAY¨ Educators and, most recently, President of the Michigan Society of Gerontology.
